770 State Street

Two New Luxury Urban Homes

Highlands Builders Group presents the newest in Luxury Urban Living – 770 State Street. These two new modern homes are located just blocks from downtown Kirkland and Carillon Point. The ultimate in convenience and sited in the vibe of the heart of downtown, these two homes will offer over 3,400 square feet with Rooftop Decks and views of Downtown Seattle and Lake Washington.

The Highlands Builders Group gold standard will include Wolf and SubZero appliance packages, including a 48” Wolf range as standard. Beautifully appointed throughout – it’s a hallmark of ours.

These two luxury homes were designed custom-to-lot and feature similar floor plans, while the south home – 772 – will have an ADU on the lower floor. The 2-story entries are matched by 9’6” heights on the main level, with spacious 9’ heights on the lower and upper levels. Skylights add necessary natural light, and care has been taken to add ambient lighting throughout the homes.

A lot of attention to flow and detail have been placed on these homes. The Kitchen boasts the top-of-the-line appliance package with 48” Wolf range, as well as 48” SubZero refrigerator/freezer. The 48” range includes 6-burners and a griddle. Wolf drawer microwave and high-end Cove dishwasher. And of course – the dishwasher and refrigerator are panel ready.
