The Chef’s Kitchen is appointed with the best of luxury appliances – a hallmark of HBG homes – featuring top of the line SubZero and Wolf appliances, as well as dual Cove dishwashers. The SubZero is a 48” six-burner range with griddle and dual ovens. The Elkay farmhouse cast-iron sink was chosen for its farmhouse aesthetic, and we’ve finished it with a Brizo smart-touch faucet. The kitchen was redesigned at framing to allow for a Scullery, or a kitchen behind the kitchen, where the workhorse appliances find a home. The biscuit colored Bellmont cabinetry is continued into the Scullery, and the large island features sound board detailing, ambient toe-kick lighting and double waterfall detailing of the Swiss Vienna quartz. The gem of this space is the 16-foot slider door that opens up the views to the covered outdoor living and sprawling, fully-fenced and private yard.

The Great Room and lower level Media Room both feature a 60” Crave gas fireplace. This home was designed to have voluminous 10’ ceilings on the main, and 9’ ceilings on upper and lower floors.
